A NOTE FROM THE EXPERTS
With rolling hills, dramatic mountains, hundreds of castles, cascading waterfalls, rare flora and fauna, and a coast path that runs along the entire coastline of the country, there is beauty everywhere in Wales.
UNIQUE EXPERIENCES
Visit Snowdonia National Park, one of the most unique and attractive places to visit in Wales. With a beautiful range of mountains and hills located in the county of Gwynedd, this region remains one of the most attractive and popular places to visit while in Wales. When you’re there it is easy to see why people flourish to this area.
OUR FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR TO GO
The weather can be gorgeous. The weather never has extremes and is always temperate. The most attractive time scenically is the spring (late March to early June) and the fall (September to October). They are usually warm and dry with blossoms in the spring and colors in the fall.
INSIDER TIP
Wales is often called the castle capital of the world with over 600 sites remaining. In fact, there are more castles per square mile than any other country in Europe.
