UNIQUE EXPERIENCES
Tucked away in the northeastern corner of Tasmania, discover the beauty of Ben Lomond National Park and a dinner experience like no other. With forester kangaroos as your dinner companions, enjoy the ambiance of campfire dining surrounded by a plethora of Tasmanian wildlife; eastern quolls, Tasmanian pademelon, and brush-tail possums feed near the campfire along with wallabies and wombats grazing close by. Settle back, relax with a Tassie beverage, and watch the sunset with your local guide as the night buzzes with life around you.
OUR FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR TO GO
The best time to visit Tasmania is during the summer months of December to February when the weather is generally the warmest and most favorable for outdoor activities such as hiking, wildlife spotting, and exploring the coastline. However, Tasmania’s temperate climate means that visiting during the shoulder seasons of spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May) can also be delightful!
INSIDER TIP
The best way to see Tasmania is to rent a car and spend a week driving to all the beautiful national parks. Just be sure to take your time; much of it is covered by wilderness, windy roads, and many animals that call this place home, including the famous Tasmanian Devil, which can usually only be seen at night.
