Travel to Spain
A magnet for travelers all over the world
Spain is the second most-visited country worldwide. Many international tourists visit it as it offers a lot to each one. With diverse cultures and civilizations, it has many UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including historical landmarks and castles. It also has a joyful, relaxed lifestyle. The art, architecture, food, wine, festivals, history, beaches, landscapes, and warm culture make Spain an incredible tourist destination.
A NOTE FROM THE EXPERTS
Spain, a country on Europe’s Iberian Peninsula, includes 17 autonomous regions with diverse geography and cultures attracting tourists year after year.
UNIQUE EXPERIENCES
Step into the beautiful blue waters of the Mediterranean at the local symbolic site of Platja Castell, which consists of the remains of a sixth-century Iberian village and archaeological site. Kayak along the coastline, lined by pine woods, and beaches of golden sand set against the crystal clear water. Explore small coves with unique rock formations and paddle through a natural tunnel to emerge and see the stunning botanical gardens of Cap Roig.
OUR FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR TO GO
Typically we suggest heading to Spain in March through May or September through November. You will be welcomed by comfortable temperatures and less crowds.
INSIDER TIP
Prepare to eat dinner late. Many tourists who come to Spain for the first time end up hungry while waiting for restaurants to open. Most restaurants open for lunch from 1pm to 4pm, and dinner from 8pm to 1am. A lot of establishments also close on Mondays.
