New Zealand and Australia are top destinations on every traveler’s bucket list, and a favorite destination of the Esplanade Team. Both countries offer a variety of choices, whether you want to unwind, explore the great outdoors, or get a taste of city life.

Mike, Charlene, and a group of their friends say it best in a summary of their recent trip, during which they were able to see and do it all while staying relaxed and enjoying every second:

Kit & Ksusha – We just arrived back on Saturday from our Australia/New Zealand trip and I want to thank you for the outstanding job you did in planning and coordinating this awesome travel experience.

I could not have expected this trip to happen any better than it did. Through nine different flights, seven different hotels, 5 different transfer companies, many different guides, numerous tours, several special events and a scenic railway trip, we did not have even one missed, late or unpleasant encounter.

All of the guides/drivers were knowledgeable, personable and added value to our trip.

The Australia and New Zealand itinerary and maps packets that were waiting for us at the first hotel in each country were nice touches and really showed how well organized your agency is. Each couple really appreciated the individual packets.

With such a busy itinerary and our desire to see as much as possible, exact coordination of our plans was a must and you executed on that very well. The drivers’ coordination was spot on as they were always where they were supposed to be. We never had to make one phone call to find out where someone was or when they would show up.

This was a very special trip for the six of us and you both made it a “once in a lifetime” experience for us all.

I hope we can use Esplanade in the future as we plan more great trips.
