AJ Hackett and Henry van Asch launched the world’s first commercially operated bungy jumping site off the historic Kawarau Bridge 26 years ago and it still going strong today, with tens of thousands bungy jumping each year. 

There is a reason Queenstown is known as the ‘Adventure Capital of the World.’ In addition to bungy jumping, you can go jetboating, luge riding, whitewater rafting, river surfing, abseiling, mountain biking, tandem skydiving and paragliding, just to name a few of the options available.
